About

Behind every dish, there is a story. Experience Tel Aviv through the food, the restaurants and the stories. We give you the most detailed and encompassing reviews. Look no further for the best places to eat, the best dishes to order, and most unique dining experiences…

TasteTLV.com was founded by three female foodies who met in Israel and decided to put Tel Aviv on the internet’s culinary map.  Rachel Brender, Kassandra Grunewald, and Judith Goldstein started the site from its humble beginnings and it has evolved into the community that you can be a part of today.

We believe in the stories behind the excellent food in this city, and our site is a testament to the fusions and flavor that make up this city’s food scene.  Our reviews showcase the best flavors Tel Aviv has to offer, and we take pride in getting an intimate take on a restaurant’s dishes from the creators themselves.

Our site grows with the efforts of writers and photographers in Tel Aviv, and we are eternally grateful for their dedication and contribution.
